Advertising Terms & Conditions

By advertising on Escorting-Services.com you agree to the following:

1. All photos are genuine and represent you entirely and you either own the copyright or have the copyright holders' permission to use your photos.
2. You pass on copyright to escorting-services.com for the purposes of advertising your services
3. That all payments are made in advance, and will cover a period of at least 1 calendar month.
4. Should you wish to discontinue your advert, you will EMAIL info@escorting-services.com, stating the following:
   - Your Working Name
   - Your Telephone Number
   - The date you want your advert to finish. (A representative will call you back on your designated Telephone Number and verify the cancellation date.)
   - EMAILS THAT DO NOT CONCERN ADVERTISING WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR ANSWERED.
5. If you fail to notify us of cancellation within 48 hours before your next payment is due we reserve the right to continue charging you the monthly fee until such a time cancellation is received.
6. If your contact details change whilst advertising with us, you will inform us immediately.
7. That payments will be made on time each month.
8. By creating an account on www.escorting-services.com you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them fully.
9. Any breach in these terms and conditions that result in a financial loss to www.escorting-services.com and its representatives will be fully indemnified by you.
